1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the asi365 platform, including the website at asi365.pro, any associated mobile interfaces, and all products and services offered thereunder, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available by asi365 from time to time.

By accessing or using the asi365 platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the minimum legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own initiative;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy which are incorporated by reference;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and all funds used on the platform are your own lawfully obtained funds.

These Terms apply to all registered players, including those who access asi365 from within Bangladesh and any other territory where the platform is accessible. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful under applicable local law.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on asi365, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registrations:

Eligibility Requirements: You must be a natural person aged 18 or over. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-natural persons are not eligible to register player accounts. Players based in Bangladesh must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws relating to online gaming and wagering activity.

One Account Rule: Each individual may register only one (1) account on asi365. If you already hold an active account, you must not create a second account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held in duplicate accounts.

Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at any subsequent point when asked to update your account details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

KYC Verification: asi365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation at any point — particularly before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000 or upon the platform's reasonable suspicion of irregular account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. asi365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access arose from your failure to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: asi365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically instant to 2 hours for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used by the player to make deposits. asi365 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other individuals, or new payment methods that have not been verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Currency: All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). asi365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to asi365 constitutes a material breach of these Terms. asi365 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds involved in illegitimate chargebacks through all available legal mechanisms.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

asi365 offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements or playthrough conditions). The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Bonus Validity: Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.

One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual offer, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. asi365 reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.

asi365 Reserves the Right: To modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. To decline to award a bonus to any player where reasonable grounds for abuse or multi-accounting exist. To apply additional verification requirements before bonus funds are released or converted to real-money balances.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on asi365, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading registration information or identity documents;
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet without that person's explicit consent;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse designed to circumvent the platform's normal operation;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with games in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the asi365 platform or its infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing asi365 staff or other users through any communication channel.

In the event that any prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, asi365 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and retain any funds connected to the prohibited activity pending investigation. Where evidence of criminal conduct is found, asi365 will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the asi365 platform — including but not limited to the asi365 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of asi365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the asi365 platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from asi365 without prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform;
• Create derivative works based on any asi365 content;
• Use asi365 trademarks or branding in any third-party context without explicit written authorisation.

Game content within the asi365 lobby is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your asi365 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.

Suspension by asi365: asi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified time frame;
• Use of the platform in a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Provision of false or misleading account information;
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to asi365 staff or other users.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, your licence to use the asi365 platform terminates immediately. Bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances in good standing will be returned subject to verification and the applicable withdrawal processing timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asi365 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank processors, card networks);
• Game outcome disputes where outcomes were determined by certified, independently audited RNG systems.

The asi365 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In all cases where asi365 is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any one incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the relevant event.

9. Privacy & Data Use

asi365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and asi365.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data — including name, contact information, payment details, device identifiers, and gaming activity records — for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

asi365 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, game studios) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms.

All data is stored and transmitted under 256-bit SSL encryption. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Data deletion requests are subject to applicable legal retention requirements and may not be fulfilled for data that must be retained for regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

asi365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered accounts:

Age Restriction: The asi365 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We enforce this policy through registration confirmation, KYC verification, and ongoing account monitoring. Any account found to be held by or used by a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds — including any real-money balance — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsible Gaming Tools: All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings panel at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude your account from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed until the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

11. Amendments to These Terms

When material changes are made to these Terms, asi365 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the asi365.pro website. The updated Terms will state the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the asi365 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. asi365 will always make the current version of the Terms available at asi365.pro/terms-conditions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the asi365 platform.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a player and asi365, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex disputes, a resolution timeline of up to 30 calendar days may apply, during which all relevant evidence will be reviewed.

Game Outcome Disputes: Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised within 7 calendar days of the relevant game round conclusion. asi365 will review the game log data from the relevant certified game studio provider. Outcomes determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and binding where no technical error is identified.

Betting Disputes: For sports betting disputes — including contested odds, voided markets, or settlement decisions — asi365's decision, made in good faith with reference to official match data, shall be final. Players will be notified of dispute outcomes in writing via the registered account email address.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or conflict.
